Rose martini recipe

Ingredients

  • 1⅓ fl oz (45 ml) gin
  • ⅔ fl oz (20 ml) dry martini
  • 3 tsp white crème de cacao (optional)
  • 3 tsp good-quality rose syrup or 2–3 drops rose water
  • handful of ice
  • edible rose petals, to garnish (optional)
How to Make It
  1. Combine the gin, dry martini, crème de cacao (if using) and rose syrup or rose water in a cocktail shaker or mixing glass with a handful of ice.
  2. tir well, then strain into a martini glass. Garnish with rose petals, if you like.
