- 1 cup chicken broth
- 4 bacon slices
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 lbs boneless turkey
How to Make It
- Over medium high heat, cook the bacon slices until golden brown. Add in mushrooms and continue heating until the mushrooms become tender. Set aside.
- Using the same pan, add in the turkey and cook to browning. Mix in chicken broth and allow to boil.
- Set heat to low and let simmer for approximately 20 minutes.
- Re-add the bacon and mushrooms and cook until ready. Enjoy.
