A La carte baked chicken wings recipe

Portioned wings and perfect as a main dish and as a snack with intoxicating drinks. Wings with garlic-spicy, slightly sweet flavor.


  • 500 g chicken wings
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sweet tomato sauce
  • 5 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp ground paprika
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • a pinch of salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • pinch of dried thyme
How to Make It
  1. Chicken wings wash, dry and cut at the joints into 3 parts. The smallest part is not required, they can be frozen and used for soup. Serving pieces to place them in a bowl.

  3. Garlic, peel and pass through a garlic press, then add soy sauce, vegetable oil, balsamic vinegar, tomato sauce, ground black pepper, thyme. Mix everything carefully. Wings pour the prepared marinade, cover the bowl with wings and refrigerate for several hours (4-6) to marinate.
  4. In a large plastic container pour the flour, salt, paprika and turmeric, mix ingredients until smooth. Wings shift in the batter, close the container and shake it thoroughly so that the flour completely covered the chicken pieces. If wings a lot, then you can do it several times.
  5. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Grease the baking sheet with a little oil, to pass on the wings and put in the oven. After about 15-20 minutes, flip the wings and bake for another 15-20 minutes.
  6. The wings are ready to serve with sauce, vegetables and serve.
