Asian Pesto sauce recipe

Ingredients

  • ½ young coconut flesh
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 cup of fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 medium red hot chilly
  • 1/3 cup soaked sunflower seeds
  • ¼ cup soaked walnuts
  • 1 tbsp shredded fresh ginger
  • Pinch of ground black pepper
  • Salt
How to Make It
  1. Put all the ingredients into the blender and blend until the mixture becomes creamy.
  2. Refrigerate afterwards.
