Ingredients

  • 6 lg Strawberries, hulled
  • 2 Tbsp Blueberries
  • 1 medjool date
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh lime juice
  • 2 cm Piece of fresh ginger, peeled
  • ½ Tbsp Mint
  • ¼ tsp Celtic sea salt
  • 1½ Cup Coconut water
  • 1 Cup Ice
How to Make It
  1. Add all ingredients in to high speed blender or ninja bullet (or equivalent).
  2. Blitz on high for 1 minute. Serve immediately.
