A Mediterranean seasonal side dish of the end of the spring. Very fresh, nutritional with a rich taste and strong flavor.
- 1 cup fresh baby fava beans peeled
- ½ cup fresh green peas
- ½ avocado butter
- 2 lemon juice
- ½ cup fresh finely chopped coriander
- 1/3 cup finely chopped dill
- 1 spoon finely chopped green onion
- ½ garlic clove
- 2 tbsp olive oil
How to Make It
- In the food processor put the ingredients and process without melting them completely.
