Thyme-green tea cocktail recipe

For the Thyme Simple Syrup
  • ¾ cup water
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 10 sprigs of thyme
For the Cocktail
  • 4 cups cold, brewed green tea
  • 2⁄3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1½ tablespoons yuzu or lime juice
  • 1¼ cups vodka
How to Make It
    For the Thyme Simple Syrup
  1. In a small saucepan, heat the water, sugar, and thyme over medium-high heat, stirring until the water comes up to a boil. Remove from the heat, cover, and let steep for 15 minutes. Strain and cool.
  2. For the Cocktail
  3. In a large pitcher, mix together the remaining ingredients with the cooled simple syrup. It’s best to let it chill for a few hours for the flavors to come together, but it’s still great right away. Serve over ice.
