Big beefy burgers are slathered with honey mustard and topped with juicy grilled pineapple for the perfect balance between sweet and savory.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp powdered garlic
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Pinch onion powder
Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 4½ tsp mayonnaise
Burgers
  • 8 brioche burger buns
  • 8 pineapple rings (grilled)
  • 8 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 8 iceberg lettuce leaves
  • 8 slices tomato
How to Make It
  1. Preheat your grill to high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and onion powder. Shape the mixture into 8 equally-sized patties.
  3. Cook the burgers on the grill for approximately 4 minutes each side.
  4. In the meantime, prepare the sauce. Stir together the mustard, honey, cayenne pepper, and mayonnaise in a bowl.
  5. To assemble the burgers, spread 1-2 tsp of the sauce on the bottom half of each bun and place a burger on top followed by a grilled pineapple ring, Cheddar slice, lettuce leaf, and slice of tomato. Serve straight away.
