Beef ribs on the grill recipe

  • 1 kg beef ribs
  • mashed potatoes, caramelized onions and braised cabbage for filing
  • 100 g of garlic and fresh ginger root
  • 20 grams of juniper berries
  • 100 g of salt
  • 4 g of caraway seeds, paints black pepper, hot red pepper and coriander
  • 8 g of paprika
  • 2 g of fragrant black pepper, ground nutmeg, cinnamon and cloves
  • 30 g of salt
How to Make It
  1. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade 1-1,2 liters of drinking water.
  2. Dip the meat in the marinade. Leave in the fridge for 24 hours
  3. Remove meat, wipe it dry of excess marinade. RUB the spicy mixture. Bake on grill until tender. Serve with mashed potatoes, caramelized onions and braised sauerkraut.
