This shake will start your morning off right with some delicious almonds and blackberries for energy and anti-oxidants. When you are feeling low energy and in need of a boost, this is the perfect recipe for you

  • 4 ounces frozen Blackberries
  • 4 ounces canned coconut milk
  • 8 ounces Water
  • 1 ounce Macadamia Nuts
  • 1 tsp Hemp Seeds
  • 1 tsp MCT Oil
  • ¼ ounce Organic Pea Protein Blend
  • ⅛ tsp Sea Salt
  • 4 ounces Ice Cubes
  • 3 drops liquid Stevia
How to Make It
  1. Place berries, milk, water, nuts, hemp seeds, MCT oil, protein blend, salt, Stevia and ice in the Nutribullet.
  2. Blend for 1 minute until smooth and combined.
