Ingredients

  • 1 cup dry cracked hominy
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • black pepper, optional
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 Tbsp butter
How to Make It
  1. Stir all ingredients together in a greased slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on Low 8 hours, or overnight.
  3. Serve warm for breakfast.
