Cabbage & mushrooms pork stew recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup chopped onions & 1 cup chopped carrot
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 cups sauerkraut
  • Salt, ground black pepper and ground cumin to taste
  • 2 cups beef stock
  • 2 pounds ground pork
How to Make It
  1. Put ingredients in the slow cooker and mix.
  2. Cover, and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours.
