  • 4 lobster tails
  • Old bay seasoning
  • Everything else from the Trap Mac
How to Make It
  1. Gut the lobster, clean them, dice the tails. Two get sautéed with old bay seasoning, two go on top raw for the topping.
  2. Bake on 425 degrees until the edges start browning and crusting.
