  • Yield: 4 cups


  • ½ cup sweet salad cube pickles
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup finely minced onion
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 head cabbage (2¼ lb.), finely shredded (4 cups)
How to Make It
  1. Drain pickles in a colander 20 minutes; discard juice.
  2. Combine pickles, mayonnaise, and next 3 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well. Gradually add cabbage, stirring well. Cover and chill, if desired.
