For the salad
  • 175 g red cabbage
  • 175 g pointed cabbage
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives
For the Dressing
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 4 tbsp cashew sour cream
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds
How to Make It
  1. Finely slice the red and pointed cabbages, mix them with the salt and rub it in well.
  2. Leave to stand for 15 minutes, then put the cabbage in a sieve and rinse under running water.
  3. Finely grate the carrot and gently mix it into the cabbage with the chopped chives.
  4. For the dressing, finely chop or crush the garlic and mix with the remaining ingredients until smooth.
  5. Pour the dressing over the salad in a bowl and mix well.
