Goat cheese stuffed dates recipe

  • 1/3 C soft goat cheese (plain, garlic, or honey flavor)
  • 16 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 4 slices of prosciutto di Parma, cut into 4 long strips
  • Toothpicks, soaked in water 10 minutes
How to Make It
  1. Preheat broiler on low. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of goat cheese into a date, then wrap with 1 strip of prosciutto. Secure with a toothpick. Repeat for remaining dates.
  2. Broil for about 3 to 4 minutes or until cheese bubbles. Serve warm.
