Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 48 ounce bag frozen hashbrowns
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound Ham
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese
How to Make It
  1. The first step is to select the saute function on your foodi.
  2. The next thing to do is to add olive oil and the chopped onion you have prepared to the cooking pot. Cook the onion on sauté until it becomes translucent and tender.
  3. When you are through with the onions, add in frozen hashbrowns, and close the air crisping lid. Select the AIR CRIP function, set the temperature at 350 Degrees F, and set the cooking time to 15 minutes, flipping half way between.
  4. The next step is to mix the eggs and milk together.
  5. After mixing the eggs and milk together, pour the golden hashbrowns over and add your breakfast meat (ham).
  6. The next step is to close the air crisping lid, and select the AIR CRISP function. Set the temperature to 350 Degrees F, and set the cooking time to 10 minutes, this should be enough time for it to become golden brown and for the eggs to be done; if not, cook for a few more minutes.
  7. The last step is to add your Cheddar cheese and close lid allowing it to cook for about a minute or until cheese melts.
  8. Your hashbrown casserole is ready, serve immediately.
