Ingredients

  • 1 (8.5-ounce) package 7-grain pilaf (such as Seeds of Change)
  • 1 cup diced English cucumber
  • 1 cup chopped seeded tomato (1 medium)

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

How to Make It
