On the Go Pizza Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella
  • 23 cup Bacon
  • 13 cup Flax Seed Meal
  • 14 cup Grated Parmesan
  • 4 Large Eggs, beaten
  • 3 Tbsp. Almond Flour
  • 1 Tbsp. Bacon Fat
  • 1 tsp. Oregano
  • 1 tsp. Minced Garlic
  • 34 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 12 tsp. Kosher Salt
  • 12 tsp. Mrs. Dash Table Blend
  • 14 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
How to Make It
  1. 1. Cook 5 slices of bacon, cut into pieces. Set aside.  
  2. 2. Preheat oven to 375F.  
  3. 3. Measure out the flax, almond flour, and other spices into a mixing bowl.  
  4. 4. Add the egg, mozzarella cheese, and bacon to the mixture and whisk it well.  
  5. 5. Divide mixture into 6 equal servings in a cupcake pan.  
  6. 6. Bake for 20 minutes.
