- Juice pear, apples and ginger. Pour mixture into a saucepan with cinnamon sticks and bring to high heat without boiling the mixture. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes to fully infuse cinnamon spices. Place contents in blender, pour in egg whites slowly and blend until frothy.
