Penne with spinach sauce recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 large cloves garlic
  • 60 g cream cheese
  • 30 g goat cheese
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
  • 1 pack penne pasta
  • 200 g fresh spinach
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
How to Make It
  1. Cook the Penne. In foodprocessor mix garlic, cheeses, salt, pepper and 2/3 of the spinach. Beat.
  2. To shift the Penne in a large bowl, spread on top of spinach-cheese sauce, pour 1 ladle of water from the pasta.
  3. Mix well. Add the remaining spinach and parmesan. Mix well.
