Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp raw almonds
  • 2 tbsp shredded Parmesan
  • 1 large lemon  juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, whole
  • 2 cups fresh basil leaves, packed
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup olive oil
How to Make It
  1. To the bowl of a food processor, add almonds, Parmesan, lemon juice, garlic, basil, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Process until smooth, pausing to scrape the sides as needed.
  2. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 7 days.
