Sauteed squash, zucchini, and okra recipe

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 medium yellow squash, cut into ½-inch slices
  • 3 medium zucchini, cut into ½-inch slices
  • ½ pound fresh okra, cut into ½-inch slices
  • ½ medium onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Stone House Seasoning
How to Make It
  1. In a 12-inch skillet set over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Add the squash, zucchini, okra, and onion and cook, stirring, until tender, 8 to 10 minutes.
  2. Stir in the seasoning mix and serve.
