- 1 onion, chopped
- ½ cup plus 1 tsp butter, melted
- ¾ oz can creamed corn
- 11 oz cans corn, drained
- ½ oz pkg corn muffin mix dried parsley, salt and pepper to taste
How to Make It
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté onion in butter until translucent. Transfer onion mixture to a lightly greased 13"x9" baking pan; stir in remaining ingredients. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to one hour, until bubbly and golden.
