Spicy salad with salami and cherry tomatoes recipe

Salami always goes well with peppers, and chili. Traditional chili sauce we this recipe has replaced our cheese & ndash; we usually choose on the market the one that is thicker and more aromatic. Very hot Duo turns out Italian sausage and Caucasian condiment.

Ingredients

  • 200 g Penne rigat
  • 150 g salami
  • a handful of olives stuffed with red pepper
  • ½ hot red pepper
  • 200 g of cherry tomatoes
  • 100 g of Parmesan
  • salt
  • olive oil
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ lemon juice
  • 2 tsp adzhika
  • 1 clove of garlic
How to Make It
  1. Boil Penne according to package instructions, drain in a colander, put back in pan, pour 1 tbsp olive oil, shake (butter must be spread evenly) and allow to cool. Salami cut into thin slices and then into thin strips; olives cut into slices.
  2. Clean pepper and cut into rings. Cherry cut in half. Put the tomatoes cut up pepper and onion rings on a baking tray, a little salt and bake in a preheated 200 °C oven for 10 min.
  3. For filling, combine lemon juice, seasoning, chopped garlic, salt and oil. Add the Penne, olives, salami and cherry tomatoes with hot peppers; season and serve sprinkled with grated Parmesan cheese.
