Thousand island sauce recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 big red bell pepper
  • ½ cup mushrooms (Porto Bello or oyster)
  • 1 chopped carrot
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp sumac powder
  • 1/3 cup of soaked cashews
  • 1 coconut
  • 2 tbsp ground pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp finely chopped fresh coriander
  • Pinch of white ground pepper
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp tamari
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • Water when needed
How to Make It
  1. Marinate the mushrooms with oil, salt, white pepper, tamari, vinegar and then dehydrate for 30-40 minutes.
  2. Put all the ingredients into the blender and blend; add water if needed. Refrigerate afterwards.
