Ingredients

  • 1 clove fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 cups zucchini, sliced
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • ½ cup bell peppers, diced
  • 2 cups tomatoes, diced
  • 1 tsp all-purpose seasoning
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ½ cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 3 cups white beans, cooked
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp tomato paste
  • ½ cup celery, sliced
How to Make It
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan. Cook on medium-high heat for 15 minutes.
  2. Reduce heat to low, simmer for another 10 minutes, then serve.
