Wake-Up green smoothie recipe

This is an energizing and delicious Green Smoothie, just perfect first thing in the morning.

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen Bananas
  • 5 Plums, peeled and pitted
  • 3 cup Water
  • 1 handful Baby Spinach
  • 2 handfuls Kale
How to Make It
  1. In a blender, add all Ingredients except for the greens and pulse a few times.
  2. Then add in the Greens and process on high until you have a smooth and creamy texture. Serve.
