Berry swirl recipe

  • 170 g frozen mixed berries, thawed
  • 300 g low-fat plain yoghurt
How to Make It
  1. Place half of the berries and half of the yoghurt in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
  2. To serve, place the remaining yoghurt in a serving bowl. Add the berry yoghurt and swirl through with a spoon. Top with the remaining berries.
