Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • 1½–2 cups grated reduced-fat cheese, your choice
  • 1 cup diced cooked ham
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
How to Make It
  1. Beat eggs. Pour into the slow cooker.
  2. Mix in remaining ingredients.
  3. Cover and cook on Low 3–4 hours.
