- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup chopped onions & 1 cup chopped carrot
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 cups sauerkraut
- Salt, ground black pepper and ground cumin to taste
- 2 cups beef stock
- 2 pounds ground pork
