- 2 cups long grain rice
- 1 chicken bouillon cube or powder
- ½ pound of spicy ground chicken sausage (or ground chicken)
- 1 green bell pepper
- Minced garlic
- Cajun seasoning
How to Make It
- Take two cups of rice and boil them in cold water. Once they come to a boil, add your chicken bouillon to it. Leave them simmering for a bit.
- Dice up your green bell peppers, and in a separate pan, take the bell peppers, the ground chicken or sausage and your minced garlic and brown it. Season to your liking with salt, pepper and Cajun seasoning. Then add it to your rice and bring it back to a boil. Then let it simmer for 15-20 minutes until the rice is cooked through.
