Ingredients

  • Minced garlic
  • Diced onions
  • ½ cup oil
  • ½ cup flour
  • ½ cup of cranberries
  • 2 cup of beef broth or beef stock
  • Kosher salt
  • Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon butter
How to Make It
  1. Dice up the onions and garlic, add your cranberries and sauté them in pan with oil and butter, and add your flour as you’re doing so.
  2. Bring to a boil, keep stirring until it thickens. When the onions start to caramelize, add the beef broth or beefstock.
  3. Cook for 20 minutes until the flour taste is out. Keep stirring it and if it reduces, keep stirring and add a little bit of water. Let simmer for about 35 minutes.
