Crunchy herbed green beans recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 small yellow onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup green bell pepper
  • ½ cup red bell pepper
  • ½ cup yellow bell pepper
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 pound green beans, trimmed
  • ½ teaspoon marjoram
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Sea salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
How to Make It
  1. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the onion, garlic and peppers until the onions are translucent.
  2. Add the water, green beans, marjoram, rosemary, salt, and pepper and sauté for 3 to 4 minutes until the green beans are just tender.
