You might find it really hard to be still after this one. Try it before exercise and you’ll be amazed how fast the time goes by.

  • Total Time: 5 Minutes


  • 2 frozen and peeled Bananas
  • 6 pitted and chopped Dates
  • 2 cup Water
  • 2 large bunches Dark Green Lettuce
  • 2 heaping tbsp Wheat Germ
  • 3 tbsp Flax Seeds
How to Make It
  1. In a blender, add all Ingredients except for the greens and pulse a few times.
  2. Then add in the Greens and process on high until you have a smooth and creamy texture. Serve.
