  • 2 cups frozen hash browns
  • 1 cup chopped cooked ham
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 6 eggs
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
How to Make It
  1. Sauté hash browns, ham, and onion in vegetable oil in large skillet over medium heat 10 minutes.
  2. Beat eggs, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Add to skillet; cook, stirring occasionally, until eggs are set. Remove from heat, and gently stir in cheese.
