- 25 g ricotta cheese
- 1 heaped tsp runny honey
- 20 g dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids)
- 1 small banana
- 2 slices of bread
How to Make It
- Beat the ricotta with the honey, smash the chocolate, and peel and roughly chop the banana. Place 1 piece of bread in a toastie maker, then spread the ricotta on top.
- Lay over the banana and scatter over the chocolate. Top with the second piece of bread and toast away.
