Ingredients

Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • Sea salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • Pinch cayenne
Salad
  • 1 cup aduki beans, cooked
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • ½ cup slivered almonds
  • 1 tablespoon fresh tarragon, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 radish, sliced, for garnish
How to Make It
  1. Whisk oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and cayenne together in a small bowl.
  2. Place aduki beans, onion, tomato, bell pepper, almonds, tarragon, basil, and parsley in a salad bowl and toss with the dressing.
  3. Garnish with sliced radish.
