Bacon-wrapped shrimp recipe

The combination of sweet shrimp and salty bacon is a surefire winner, making these great to serve as a lunch with a little sweet chili oil on the side for dipping; they really go with almost any main course you choose.

  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 12 halved bacon slices
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish
How to Make It
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Around each shrimp, wrap a piece of bacon, and line them up on a baking sheet. Bake until the bacon is crispy for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove from the oven and serve hot on a platter, sprinkled with parsley.
