Ingredients

  • 1 (18-oz) box yellow cake mix
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup fat-free milk
  • 1 cup mashed bananas
  • 1 cup Egg Beaters
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
How to Make It
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Lightly spray a 9×13 cooking pan and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix and walnuts.
  4. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  5. Spread batter into loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes. Serve.
