Beef skewers with blue cheese sauce recipe

  • ½ pound flank steak
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • Kosher salt and black pepper
  • ½ cup blue cheese dressing
  • 2 scallions, sliced
How to Make It
  1. Freeze the flank steak for 10 minutes; slice very thinly. Thread onto skewers.
  2. Brush the steak with the vinegar and season with ¼ teaspoon each salt and pepper.
  3. Grill over medium-high heat until cooked through, 1 to 2 minutes per side. Serve with the blue cheese dressing and sprinkle with the scallions.
