- Preparation Time: 20 Minutes
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 tsp rum extract
How to Make It
- Combine all ingredients into Instant Pot. Stir together.
- Pressure cook on high for 10 minutes. Let pressure release naturally. Remove lid.
- If caramel color isn’t deep enough, select Sauté mode and boil until mixture has reached desired color.
