- ¼ cup mozzarella cheese
- 4 halved chicken breasts
- ¼ cup ricotta cheese
- 8 cooked and crumbled bacon slices
- 1/8 cup spinach
How to Make It
- Set oven to 425° F.
- In a mixing bowl, mix cheeses, spinach and bacon.
- Make a pocket opening into the chicken breasts. Fill in the bacon mixture.
- Add a seasoning of pepper and salt.
- Bake for about 40 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
