Seafood Quiche recipe

This quiche is filled with tasty seafood. Fresh seafood is best, of course, but you can use canned in a pinch. Adding ½ cup of chopped red peppers makes this very colorful.

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp flour
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1 cup shelled and deveined small shrimp
  • ½ cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped scallions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • Dash of hot sauce
  • 1 frozen pie crust
How to Make It
  1. Preheat the oven to 350.
  2. Whisk together the eggs, flour, milk and heavy cream.
  3. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
  4. Pour the filling into the pie crust. 5. Bake for 45 minutes.
