Teriyaki beef recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • ¼ cup sherry
  • 4 packets of artificial sweetener
  • ¼ cup diced scallions
  • 1 diced garlic cloves
  • 1 lb thinly sliced beef
How to Make It
  1. In a bowl, combine all the above ingredients excluding the beef.
  2. Add the meat to the sauce and allow to marinate for some hours. Remove from the sauce and stir fry.
  3. Enjoy alongside buttered and steamed asparagus.
