- Yield: 24 Servings
- 3 lbs lean ground beef or turkey
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 2 cup quick-cooking oats, uncooked
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp garlic salt
- ½ tsp pepper
How to Make It
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; mix well. Form into 2-inch balls, by hand or using a small scoop. Place meatballs in a single layer in 2 ungreased 13"x 9" baking pans.
- If desired, cover and refrigerate up to one day, or wrap well and freeze unbaked. Spoon warm BBQ Sauce over meatballs, thawed if frozen. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for one hour, or until bubbly and meatballs are no longer pink in the center.
