How to Make It
- Place brown rice and stock (of your choice) or water into Instant Pot and secure the lid. Choose Rice setting. Press start. If you do not have a Rice setting, pressure cook on low for about 30 minutes.
- Allow pressure to release naturally.
- When pressure has released, remove lid and fluff with fork.
