- 1 kg beef ribs
- mashed potatoes, caramelized onions and braised cabbage for filing
- 100 g of garlic and fresh ginger root
- 20 grams of juniper berries
- 100 g of salt
- 4 g of caraway seeds, paints black pepper, hot red pepper and coriander
- 8 g of paprika
- 2 g of fragrant black pepper, ground nutmeg, cinnamon and cloves
- 30 g of salt
How to Make It
- Mix all the ingredients for the marinade 1-1,2 liters of drinking water.
- Dip the meat in the marinade. Leave in the fridge for 24 hours
- Remove meat, wipe it dry of excess marinade. RUB the spicy mixture. Bake on grill until tender. Serve with mashed potatoes, caramelized onions and braised sauerkraut.
