Broccoli and bell peppers recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs fresh broccoli, trimmed and chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 green or red bell pepper, cut into thin slices
  • 1 onion, peeled and cut into slices
  • 4 Tbsp low-sodium gluten-free soy sauce or Bragg’s liquid aminos
  • ½ tsp salt
  • dash of black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp sesame seeds, optional, as garnish
How to Make It
  1. Combine all ingredients except sesame seeds in the slow cooker.
  2. Cook on Low for 4–5 hours. Top with sesame seeds.
