Crunchy Candied Bacon

  • Yield: 6 Servings


  • 6 Slices Bacon
  • 2 Tbsp. Erythritol
How to Make It
  1. Preheat the oven to 350F  
  2. Put foil over baking sheet, then put a cooling rack on top of it.  
  3. Lay the bacon down on the cooling rack, sprinkling erythritol over each side of the bacon.  
  4. Bake for 30-40 minutes.  
  5. Let cool, and save for snacks!
